Privacy notice Last updated 15 September 2026

What happens to your information.

This notice explains what the contact form collects and why, what this website counts while you read it, and how to ask us to change or delete anything we hold. It is short, because the site collects very little.

Privacy notice

Who we are

H-Suite is an organisational development practice based in Cork and Dublin, working with organisations across Ireland. This notice covers this website, hsuite.net, and the enquiries that reach us through it. We are the data controller for the information described here.

Anything in this notice, and any request about information we hold, reaches us at hello@hsuite.net.

When you contact us

The contact form asks for these details:

  • Name
  • Organisation
  • Work email
  • Telephone (optional)
  • What would you like to make progress on?

We use what you send to reply to you and to have the conversation you asked for, and for nothing else. It is not added to a mailing list, and we do not sell it or pass it to anyone for marketing.

The form sends two technical values with your message, both of which exist to keep automated spam out of the inbox: a hidden field that a person never sees and only a bot fills in, and the number of milliseconds between the page loading and the form being sent. Neither tells us anything about you.

You tick an acknowledgement before the message sends, so our basis for holding the details is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing hello@hsuite.net, and we will delete what we hold. If you would rather not use the form at all, that address reaches the same place.

Who else sees it

Running a website and an email inbox means using a small number of service providers, and a provider can technically see what passes through it. Three see what you send us: the company that hosts this site, the company that carries our email, and GoHighLevel, which takes what you type into the contact form and passes it to us. They act on our instructions and only for the purpose of delivering the message to us.

Google is a fourth provider, for the analytics described below. It never sees anything you write in the contact form.

We do not profile you, and we do not combine what you tell us with information from anywhere else. Where a provider operates outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards set out in its data processing terms.

Cookies

This site sets two cookies, both of them for analytics: _ga and a second one whose name begins _ga_. Google Analytics places them. They tell one browser apart from another, so that somebody who reads three pages is counted once rather than three times. They hold no name, no email address, and nothing you have typed into the contact form.

Neither is set until you agree to it. If you decline, or simply close the question, the analytics script is never loaded and no cookie is written. You can change your answer at any time from the Cookies button in the bottom corner of every page, and if you withdraw it we delete the two cookies for you. You can also delete them yourself in your browser whenever you like.

The answer you give is remembered in your browser's own storage rather than in a cookie. That is what lets us ask the question once instead of on every page without writing anything before you have answered it; it stays on your device and it never reaches us.

There is nothing else. No advertising cookies, no social media pixels, no session recording, and no chat widget.

Analytics, and search reporting

With your agreement, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is being used: which pages people read, roughly where in the world they are, what kind of device and browser they used, and whether they arrived from a search, a link or an email. We use it to make the site better, and for nothing else.

Google Analytics does not store your IP address. It uses it to work out an approximate location and then discards it. Advertising features are switched off, so nothing collected here is used for ad targeting or remarketing, and we never see a name. Google processes this on our behalf, some of it outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards in its data processing terms.

We also use Google Search Console, which tells us which Google searches showed this site and which pages Google has indexed. It reports in totals, it places nothing in your browser, and it identifies nobody.

If you would rather not be counted: decline the cookie question, or install Google's opt-out add-on, which turns Analytics off on every site you visit.

Hosting, and what a web server records

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like every web server, it records the requests it answers: the address a page was sent to, the time, which page, and which browser asked for it. Cloudflare uses those records to deliver pages and to protect the site from attack and abuse.

We do not use server records to identify visitors, and nothing on this site links them to an enquiry or to a person.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to deal with the enquiry and to hold an ordinary business record of who we have spoken to, and we delete it once it serves neither purpose. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of what we hold about you
  • correct anything that is wrong
  • delete it
  • restrict what we do with it, or object to us holding it at all
  • send it to you, or to someone else, in a portable form

Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email hello@hsuite.net and we will answer.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission, the Irish supervisory authority, at dataprotection.ie.

Still the simplest way to reach us

Start a conversation.

Tell us what your organisation is trying to achieve and where progress is becoming difficult. If you would rather write directly, we are at hello@hsuite.net.
