Experience
Confidential work. Credible leadership contexts.
The organisations are named because the work with them can be. The individuals are not, and that is the same rule in both directions.
Selected leadership contexts
Ciarán has coached CEOs, CFOs, senior executives, strategic managers and business owners across corporate, technology and complex public-service environments. His work includes leaders connected with Google, Twitter, OneTwenty and the National Transport Authority, alongside leadership engagements across An Garda Síochána and the Irish Prison Service. Individual identities and outcomes remain confidential.
Trust and confidentiality
Coaching begins with clear contracting around purpose, boundaries and confidentiality. Organisational context can inform the work without compromising the protected relationship required for honest reflection.
The measure is not performance theatre. It is clearer judgement, stronger agency and positive movement that can be sustained.
Partners
The right expertise, brought together around the work.
H-Suite works with a small group of trusted specialists, brought in around the work rather than sold as a fixed team. Each engagement is staffed for the situation in front of it.
